Everyone was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Stephen and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. Having a collision to get repaired comes with a lot of anxiety and practicing patience. I liked the option of choice on their initial paperwork concerning how often you would like receiving status updates on your vehicle repairs. Someone really thought that through, based on their experiences, I'm sure. I don't wish getting swiped by a postal vehicle on anyone. The postal 📫 service does not have insurance for these collisions. The postal service is what we call self insured. My collision happened in early August. After weeks of trying to figure out who I could speak with, 🤔, I found out that person was out until the end 🙃 😳 of the month. I finally 🙌 got someone to send me a form that I completed and returned. I finally got a hold 🙌 of this person, at the postal service, who handles the collision claims after they had returned, and they were nice enough to glance at my paperwork very quickly. This postal 📫 employee told me they were only working on collisions 💥 in May and could not even begin to estimate when they would be into August.
Go here for car repairs! Can't say enough good about Mr David and the team at Landers. I am convinced that the folks leaving one-star reviews have unreasonable expectations. I'm super thankful that I was able to ignore their ranting and come here to get me back on the road. Great experience 👍🏼

Amazing experience at Landers. They replaced my sunroof and fixed some scratches on my BMW 540i. Car looks better than new. Kelli and the team took care of everything and kept me informed the whole time during the repair process. Customer service was 1st class!
I stopped by Landers Collision with a new windshield issue, installed my another business that could not resolve the issue. The Landers crew spent some time reviewing the problem, and fixed it without charging me anything! I will definitely go there first next time. They were so nice and knowledgable.

Our service rep at Landers went out of his way to honor our request to try to repair our vehicle rather than total it. He worked closely with our insurance carrier and kept us informed every step of the way.We worked with a different body shop after my mother-in-law's vehicle was also damaged in the tornado. They kept me informed of their progress with texts and phone calls. They expressed their concern that I be satisfied with the workmanship and stayed with the job until I was.

First off, David is amazing. He took such great care of our truck and was helpful. He was friendly and very personable with us. He explained everything to us and assisted us in getting our rental. (We thankfully had insurance coverage on the damage) We also received text status reports regarding the progress of repairs. The customer service when I arrived was great. Smiles and just a comfortable atmosphere to be in. I highly suggest using Landers as your go to place for your vehicle repairs/paint etc….
Interior of car had scratches as well as a couple places on exterior. I should have done a walk around. Was just happy to get my car back and left. Otherwise a good job. St aff worked with me as l didnot give them the right check.
I have never writtten a review for exceptional service, but Landers Collision did such an outstanding job repairing my Highlander, that I felt the need to share. I wasn't sure how to navigate the insurance company's handling of the repair but Lander's put me at ease, taking care of every last detail. My car was back to me ahead of time and in perfect condition. Thank you all and I highly recommend their services.

Chad quoted me a fair price to repair the door and bumper of our Camry. The work was perfect. Our car looks brand new as if there was never any damage. I’ve looked from every angle and there is no sign of a repair or that there was ever any damage. I had a great experience from the front desk employees to the quality of work.
We had our windshield replaced and then calibrated on our 2020 Toyota Corolla and everything was done as expected. They were helpful to us when setting everything up, and communicated well with the insurance company and with us. Everything was done in a timely manner, and when we picked up our car, we noticed the lane assist and various functions affected by the windshield were all working back to their original settings from when we purchased the car new. I say that because a few months ago we had to have a windshield replaced (bad luck with stones on the highway I guess), and when it was done by a local company, our calibration was not complete and the lane departure was not working. We had to take the car back to be re-calibrated and it still wasn't on par. So we had to take it to Landers to be calibrated once again.... this time we cut out all the extra steps and just went to Landers in the first place. It was all done properly!
